A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
At 8:30 a.m. in the morning, I looked out of the sliding glass door, that goes onto the outdoor patio, and I saw some snails, resting on the outside, of the outdoor patio screen. One snail, was five eights of an inch long. The color of this snail, was different shades of brown. The shell of this snail, had seven whorls to it. Snail, is a common name, that is applied most often to land snails, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod molluscs. The diet of most land snails, can include: leaves, stems, soft bark, fruit, vegetables, fungi and algae.
I spotted this snail, resting on the outside, of the outdoor patio screen.
