Description:

The colorful mandarin fish is very entertaining to watch. It moves around the coral at dusk in a dance across from its partner before finally joining together to mate.

Habitat:

Coral Reef. Usually found in shallow sheltered reefs.

Nice that you got to see them! I saw these guys in Philippines and it was really difficult to make good pics of them because it has to be at sunset without flash lights to not scare them and then they only dart out of the coral for a couple of seconds and then back in. This type of spottings deserve a lot of appreciation since they are really hard to get so congratulations and thanks for sharing!
