I believe this to be a male Halloween Pennant
On puzzle grass growing alongside a mowed trail that runs between woods and fresh water (lake) with a field of native prairie grasses growing nearby
The lower of the two wings appears different near the body than the Elisa Pennant (no dark skirt-like area) and based on what I'm reading, I believe its the male Halloween Pennant but I could be wrong...
