Very long legs and winged..
This is a species of Crane Fly from Infraorder Tipulomorpha. It very much reminds me of something out of Family Limoniidae:http://bugguide.net/node/view/14937/bgpa...I haven't been able to find an exact match yet.Hope this helps.
