Acridotheres javanicus
A member of the starling family from southeast Asia. It is omnivorous and can imitate other bird species vocalizations. This birds was eating fallen fruit as well as filching food scraps from plates.

There used to be two species names White-vented Myna, the other Acridotheres grandis which is now named Great Myna by some authorities. More on this can be found here http://ibc.lynxeds.com/species/white-ven...
