Podarcis muralis (common wall lizard) is a species of lizard with a large distribution in Europe and it can grow to about 20 cm in total length. The pictured male adult belongs to the subspecies P.m.albanica and it was spotted and photographed in Tsagarada village, Pelion mountain, Greece. The species is protected.
