A very tiny Tachinid Fly of 3 mm in length. Most Tachinids are parasites of other arthropods in their larval stages, this one is so small, it must parasitize other micro arthropods. It is the smallest Tachinid I have come across.
Garden lights, semi-rural residential area, San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico, 2,200 meters.
