The Neoscona looks closest and I will go with that.
Still one of the many orb spiders.
Not an Argiope sp. for sure Jill :)
This seems to be a Neoscona sp. most probably a Neoscona theisi. :)
Looks like a Orange Orb Weaver (Argiope Trifasciata)
