Thanks, it was actually a captive gecko on display at the Reptile expo at the showgrounds. Really cool. About 20cm long.

A very unusual spotting, Stephen. This is where some spotting details would really help. How large was this gecko, do you recall? The maps indicates RNA showgrounds. Was this a captive animal on exhibit? Hard to tell from the photo, but did it look something like this? http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/221...
