Description:

Strange beetles, when I first saw it I thought it was 2 joined together lenght ways. It was long and thin maybe 3/4 to 1 inch in length. But it turned out to be 2 mating.

Cerambycidae, Cerambycinae, Clytini. Must be Pirangoclytus sp. and probably Pirangoclytus amaryllis, although the markings are not fitting perfectly. Formerly it was also called Mecometopus jansoni.
