Sea Snails

Oxynoe sp 2

Description:

Oxynoe is a genus of small sea snails, bubble snails, marine gastropod mollusks in the family Oxynoidae. They are very small, around 5-10 mm in length as their size/length changes as they craws/moves. The main body structure is around 4-5 mm, which is just like the size of the sea grapes (caleurpa)

Habitat:

Tropical reefs among Caleurpa algae (sea grapes), which is their food source

Notes:

New Organism to Project Noah. This set of pictures were not taken by me but by a photographer diver that I was guiding during the dive and I asked to copy the pictures he took during the dives and for permission to use/post the spotting.
