This looks so much like some I found recently on the other side of the world. Look at www.projectnoah.org/spottings/1320056008.... I'm going with Marasmius androsaceus for mine, at least for now.

It is definitely a Marasmius species, but M. rotula has a white cap. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/128...
