Expressive name, carlos; I'm intrigued by the nature of common names. As I understand it, Yuko, these are evergreen vines. but you're right, they are richer and shinier than many others.

Snowberries in your area are so nice and clean!
In my area (Pacific Northwest), leaves have either all fallen off or have dirty black spots, etc. Not shiny beautiful and green like yours. LOL.
