Paropsisterna gloriosa (nobilitata group)
About 7mm long. This is my second sighting of this bright red and yellow spotted leaf beetle.
Inland mountain habitat.
There are very few beetles around at the moment. There are very few invertebrates at all. The heat wave has been quite devastating. This is often called Paropsisterna nobilitata and the differences between these species needs some clarification.
