Larus michahellis
-They have a grey back, and yellow legs. -They have a red spot on the peak as adults. -There is a red ring around the eye
-A large gull of Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. -Many birds remain in the same area all year round but others migrate to spend the winter in mild areas of western Europe or head south as far as Senegal, the Gambia and the Red Sea
Found it dead
I know plastic is a big problem, maybe tomorrow I'm going back to that place and see if still there
I'm sure it's not there anymore but it would be interesting to let it decompose and see if there is any plastic in the stomach. Sadly, that's a big cause of death for seabirds (all sea life in general). Here is a very sad video, shedding light on part of the problem (warning, it's pretty graphic and sad):

thank you @venusflytrap2000, for the confirmation!
I really don't know what happened to it, it seems to have no damage, so maybe you're right @Arya, it was very weak
What do you think caused its death? Unfortunately, it looks to have gotten to weak to lift itself any more...
Hi patrica. After looking at the seagulls of spain page on wikipedia, i came to the conclusion that you must be right, it is larus michahellis. The reddish tint of the beak helped me narrow it down to 3 or 4, and when i looked at your second photo i was able to eliminate larus argentatus.
