Genusa sp.

Description:

Genusa is a small genus of moths, and only known to be distributed in the Oriental Region. Only one species has been documented from the Philippines, G. simplex which is strongly marked and can be found in Sulu Is. in the south. This one is from Luzon Is. in the north. They are poor fliers and seldom attracted to light according to Dr. Shen-Horn Yen. The host plant is Gonocaryum species.

Urban garden.
