Description:

Dark brown bark colored moth with a thick tan band along the upper margins of the front wings and across the thorax. About 1.5 cm long.

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light set up along the highway on a cliff between San Cristobal de Las Casas and Tuxtla Gutierrez, km 18.5, 1164 meters elevation.
