Brown Pelicans

Pelecanus occidentalis

Description:

Saw lots of this Brown Pelicans during my trip to South Baja, Mexico but what stands out was the thousands of them on a feeding frenzy among bait balls of Sardines, they were practically raining down from the sky into the sea. We were not able to get into the water during those situation however, a few days later, we were able to see them close-up feeding in front of our Boat, allowing me the opportunity to take some pics of them from underwater.
