Thanks for all the likes for this little guy! A trip to the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Preserve just isn't complete without seeing one of these, and if you see one you just have to photograph it!

Very nice. Just FYI, in the pacific NW the Mountain Beaver, Aplodontia rufa, is called the mountain boomer
