Description:

Measuring around 50cm in large, black legs, long thick orange bill, white head with a black cap and white neck, belly and tail. The upper wings and back are pale grey.

Habitat:

Spotted at the little harbour of Penguin Island WA (Australia). Australasian birds are resident or disperse over short distances. The global population is estimated in 50,000 pairs.
