Golden Dartlet or Pygmy Dartlet? Anyone know?

@Jason, Not totally convinced this is a pygmy. It was 2 inches long, and has a blue tip to the tail, where the sites I looked at said orange tip. Mind you, it does look the same. Think it could be a Golden Dartlet, that has a blue tip. What do you think?
