Description:

The head is not elongated. So I am not sure if this can be called the name I have given.

Habitat:

Several specimens of fulgoridae family are seen all over the tropical and temperate zones.

Notes:

I found the picture of a similar one, but it had green underside. This one had red shiny and white fluffy parts, as you can see.
