Sorry to confuse you, I put in the wrong scientific name so have corrected it. Sometimes the two species are considered variations of the same species so it is worth checking some recent official literature as my books are more than 10 years old.

It does not look right for a Rainbow, but as there are many different species there I need to check further to see what you can expect in your area. Rainbows have an all blue head, red & yellow upper breast blue lower breast, green wings without the grey tips and no yellowish neck collar.
