Tiny Parasitic Wasp

Description:

Tiny wasp of 4 mm in body length, with the ovipositor longer than the body. It is black with yellow markings on the head and thorax, while the legs are not banded.

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
