lol it's okay thanks for getting me to look into it again, i had to search 'creeping variegated grass' and i found it lol.

I was not paying attention, should have noticed the stems.

thanks for the I.D. suggestion but this grass doesn't flower like that, I'ts some kind of japanese flag variegated i think...
