The spider is: Runcinia grammica ♀ (C.L. Koch, 1837) spider family Thomisidae.

The spider looks like some kind of crab spider (Thomisidae), but I don't know what species. I'd be interested in knowing the fly's ID too: saw one with a similar orange belly here in Berlin last week http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/170...
