Black-eyed Susan

Description:

Medium-sized flower with yellow and red petals and a black stamen. On the tour I was told this was a black-eyed susan despite the fact that it looked different from others. Possibly a hybrid? Thoughts?

Habitat:

Ft. Indiantown Gap, PA
