Brazilian Wandering Spider/Banana Spider

Description:

Produce a neurotoxic venom component which is so potent that only 0,006mg is sufficient to kill a mouse. Often come into human habitations in search of food, sexual partners or even shelter, hiding in clothes and shoes. When disturbed, biting furiously several times. Despite the high toxicity of the venom of "Phoneutria sp.", the absolute majority of reported cases are considered mild and beneficial prognosis.

Habitat:

Originating in the South American region. Savannah, woodlands, grasslands, caves, bananas

Notes:

This specimen was in the truck door of my grandfather. Probably appeared of the consignment of bananas we reap.
