Sapgreen Stream Frog

Hylarana nigrovittata

Description:

This frog was about 6 or 7cm in length. It has what seems to be a light brown back and then a black stripe along the side, then a deeper darker brown for the side and hind legs of the frog. The deeper brown is somewhat speckled. The ear is very obvious.

Habitat:

Found in tropical gardens near water.

Notes:

Looking at the pads on the feet, it doesn't look to be a tree frog.
