Description:

Larger sized, reddish-brown beetles. Bristly, some with fanned antennae. Scarab beetle. Fairly slow moving and somewhat clumsy.

Habitat:

Wooded campground in a county park.

Notes:

Attracted in some numbers to our lantern light at night.
