NZ common turret seashells

Maoricolpus roseus

Description:

The Maoricolpus roseus is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Turritellidae, found only in New Zealand. It's very common around the beaches of North Island and is also found in parts of the South Island.

Notes:

I use these seashells for my crafts, so the 2nd pic is from a picture frame I made, few months ago.
