Brachiopoda
There is one definitive brachiopod on this rock and several other types of fossils as well such as crinoid (see spotting http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/169...) and other as yet unidentified organisms. This rock measures ~39 mm (1.5 in) long, ~39mm (1.5 in) wide and ~15 mm (.6 in) thick. The fossil measures ~5 mm long and ~3 mm (.15 in) wide. This fossil dates to the Devonian Period (416-359.2 million years ago).
