Hi JAson. You might add Kolla cf. batavia. See my comments. So we would be on the safer side.

The color and the head are a little bit different.. By the way, Batavia is the capital city in Indonesia, but now the name was changed to Jakarta..

Cicadellidae/Leafhopper, Cicadellinae/Sharpshooter, Cicadellini, Kolla sp. and most probably Kolla batavia.
