Goldenrod Crab Spider

Misumena vatia

Description:

Roughly 20mm in size. White with pink stripes.

Habitat:

Garden, Forest, Meadows, Foothills

Notes:

Found in my backyard garden. The ants on the flower that the spider was in seemed to live together, the ants walked over the spider without any thought as the spider just looked at them and went back to waiting for a flying insect to come land near the flowers.
