Description:

Small flattish pale grey/whitish cream radially grooved cap Gills are white and the stipe 2mm width to 3-5cms long , is light brown/cream, and whittish at the apex. It also has an orange disc at the base of the stipe where it attaches to the wood , strong smell of bleach/ammonia

Grows on wood
