Parus caeruleus
Young blue tit on a cherry tree. The bird was interested in green caterpillars in nearby bushes and not the cherries.
Next to a residual mixed forest patch, semi-rural.
Note on taxonomy: Cyanistes caeruleus or Parus caeruleus: most authorities retain Cyanistes as a subgenus of Parus, but the British Ornithologists' Union treats Cyanistes as a distinct genus.
