Calvisia punctulata

Description:

Phasmid of the species, Calvisia punctulata. Female is the bigger of the 2 (Pic#1) and the Female is the more colourful one unlike other insects/animals whereas the Males tends to be more colourful. She is most yellow with blue spots on her wings and a red spot at the bottom of her thorax. Her legs are segmented with blue colours. The Males are the typical brown colour with dark brown/black lines/spots. You wouldn't think they are of the same species if you didn't see them in a pair.
