Ivory Gull

Pagophila eburnea

Notes:

Ivory Gulls normally stay in the high Arctic and once in a while show up in the northern US. In 2009 there were 2 Ivory Gulls in Massachusetts and numerous others in the Maritime Provinces of Canada. The last picture a Great Black Backed Gull is near the Ivory Gull, and the small gull better be careful. GBBG's are known to eat ducks and small gulls like the Ivory. This time there was no incident.
