PucaK had the right idea but was abit off. I am 100% sure you have Marsh Seedbox or Ludwigia palustris.

This is one of the Primrose-willows (Ludwigia sp)
The USDA Plant Database lists about 20 species for Florida. This possibly is the Lanceleaf Primrose-willow (Ludwigia lanceolata)
