Squirrel Treefrog

Hyla squirella

Description:

It jumped out of our loquat tree when we were gardening.

Habitat:

Shady back yard in a suburban neighborhood

Notes:

I am always happy to see any tree frogs that aren't Cuban Tree Frogs here. Thankfully, Cuban Tree Frogs don't seem to have spread to our area yet, as I have never seen or heard one here.
