Baby House Centipede

Scutigera coleoptrata

Description:

A tiny 1st stage house centipede, only 5 mm long, but as perfectly complete as an adult. The baby has pale orange antennae however. The adults can reach up to 3 cm in length.

Habitat:

Came to the sheet of the ultraviolet light to look for prey. San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
