Wow that's great! You should also share with the Facebook group Lichens Connecting People if you're interested in sharing. There's a lot of good lichenologists on it.

Happy 2019 to you too Sukanya, and thank you for all your continuing contributions to Project Noah! This was the top issue for us to fix. Our list is much longer but we're on our way to bring some more much needed repairs and improvements.

Yes ...you are correct. My address bar does say https://
I had some MAJOR problems with the s in the past ...so GLAD that this issue is resolved. 2019 has begun well.
Belatedly, Happy 2019 Daniele!

Sukanya, Project Noah is now properly 'https' enabled since the beginning of 2019, and in theory there should be no need to remove the 's' anymore to use the site. If you look at your own address bar you should have it start with https. Can you confirm this for me? Your feed-back will be helpful for us. (In fact if you sign-in via Facebook it should now even be impossible to remove the s as part of their enforced security protocol). I see soma was able to submit a suggestion on another spotting. Their technical issue here is likely to be different. soma if you reach to us via our Contact page with details about your browser and device we can try and help you.

@Soma, It is likely that the address bar on your computer begins with https://
The 's' is the security that is clashing with your computer's settings...if you manually delete the s from the https...and make it http....it will give you the drop down menu and will work fine. Good luck.
