Description:

In Flanders called boomklever because is an excellent tree climber. Little birdie with red orange underparts and grey blue on top. Black line crossing the eye and ear, and white chin. I find the butt feathers also very pretty in white and ed blotches (see fourth pic).

Habitat:

Arenberg campus, Heverlee.

Yes, they vary from area to area a bit. These are really red orange underneath :-)
