A double row of tiny red eggs, each with a black spot at the side, placed on a bean stem.
Found on the stem of a climbing bean (Vigna unguiculata subsp. sesquipedalis) in my garden in Tamil Nadu

They look like if they're some stink bug's species (Pentatomidae) double row eggs...
thanks Mayra...
I didn't know that bugs could be so neat...:)

Great find Pam!
Wow, they do look like red pearls.
Great find! They look like red pearls. I'm curious what they are. Looking forward to your spot when they hatch!
Good luck then Pam. I'm looking forward to more in this series.
Oh ho martini... so these are eggs of the bad guys? Not sure how you can tell they look hungry, but I'll take your word for it.
As they are only on 1 plant, and I have the plants growing separately up the borgainvillea, I might just watch them and see what hatches. I guess it means visiting the plant 2 or 3 times a day!
I hope you are going to watch these Pam. They look hungry and I bet they're going to suck the juices out of your bean plants. (hemipteran?)
