Wingia Moth -2

Ptyoptila matutinella

Description:

This wingia moth had pale pink basal part of the fore wings and a yellow outer part which trailed off to a deep reddish brown along the margin. A lateral shot showed an erect crest of hairs at the thorax. Costal region of the wings also had an orange blush.
Each fore wing had two dark dots in the mid region. Wing span was about 25 mm.

Habitat:

Spotted under bright lights in the garden.
