Laughing Gull

Description:

Medium sized gull, mostly white body with grayish wings and black head.

Habitat:

Can be found in North and South America. Comes to the Atlantic cost and the Caribbean to breed.

Notes:

Since it's summer down here in the Caribbean, we are getting a lot of the laughing gulls surrounding every beach. When a bunch of them get together, the sound they make is very similar to laughter and it's quite defining.
