Irregular to kidney-shaped bracket mushroom covered in dense hairs with yellow, gray, white, and brown concentric zones. Deep, maze-like gills on underside.

Habitat:

Growing on a hardwood wound in a shaded area near other hardwoods and loblolly pines.
