Hyla versicolor

Description:

1 1/2' frog with toe pads which enable it to climb shrubs and trees. This frog can change colors, so it can be anything from green to gray.

Habitat:

Wetlands within or near forested habitat.

Notes:

Spotted on a milkweed leaf near a marsh along north Cotton Lake road. It feeds on insects.
