Joshua is also correct... Florida has two species of crows. Hard to distinguish them from just one photo alone. BUT here's some clues to help you figure it out:

1. Voice: American crows have that typical loud raucus "Caaaawwww!" that people are familiar with.
Fish crows have a more nasally "ank-ank".

2. Size-- hard to tell, but American Crows are bigger than the Fish.

3. Habitat: Fish crows are more frequently seen near bodies of water... lakes, springs, etc. than are American.

So, using those clues (voice is the easiest!), you can determine which is which. :) Happy sleuthing!
