Two Petal flower

Commelina maculata

Description:

A small blue colored flower. Very small

Habitat:

Spotted at an altitude of over 3000 mtr in west Himalayan range.

Notes:

Very small about 3 to 4 mm in size. Very special with just two petals and yellow stamen. The plantlet is just above the ground. Found single, not a group of flowers spread. It has large leaves.

This is one of the dayflowers (Commelina sp.)
